Acceptance

By downloading or using nuller, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

nuller grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple or Android device you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms of service.

In-app purchases

nuller Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. On iOS, it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same account. On Android, it is tied to your Google account and can be restored on any device signed into the same account. There is no additional charge to restore.

All purchases are final and processed by Apple on iOS or by Google on Android. Refund requests are handled by the respective store in accordance with their refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may use nuller for personal and commercial time tracking purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the app or any portion of it.

Data and backups

Your data is stored on your device. MVCS ApS is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances outside our control. We recommend enabling iCloud backup on iOS or Google account backup on Android.

Disclaimer

nuller is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. MVCS ApS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue due to inaccurate time tracking.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
