Terms of Use

Acceptance

By downloading or using nuller, including the web dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the web dashboard.

License

nuller grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple or Android device you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms of service, and to access the web dashboard with the same Apple ID or Google account.

Free trial, subscriptions and lifetime purchase

nuller offers a 7-day free trial on first launch. After the trial, continued use of nuller Pro requires an active subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID on iOS or your Google account on Android when you confirm the purchase. They renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings on iOS or in Google Play on Android. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not renew, includes all future updates, and is tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same account at no additional charge.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple on iOS or by Google on Android. Refund requests are handled by the respective store in accordance with its refund policy.

Acceptable use

You may use nuller for personal and commercial time tracking and invoicing purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the app or any portion of it.

Data and backups

Your data is stored on your device and, if you sign in, synced to servers provided by Supabase, Inc. on behalf of MVCS ApS (see our Privacy Policy). MVCS ApS is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances outside our control.

Invoices

nuller helps you generate invoice PDFs for your customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice data, tax compliance, and recording invoices in your accounting system. nuller is not a bookkeeping system.

Disclaimer

nuller is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. MVCS ApS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue due to inaccurate time tracking or invoicing.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
